How the Somnabolic Muscle Maximizer Program looks like:
Here’s a short video on how to use Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Program:
VERDICT:
From experience, I believe that Kyle Leon's Somnabolic Muscle Maximizer gives you a more customized approach to help jumpstart your muscle building program. Since nutrition also plays an important role in the whole process, it's great that it generates individualized meal plans that will help sustain an individual throughout the entire program. Hence, you can focus more on building those ripped muscles. Aside from that, it also helps you tailor a muscle building system that is ideally suited to your body type. So even if you start out with a skinny, lanky frame and then achieved progress in your muscle building process, it can still accommodate these alterations. The training is so highly individualized that whatever changes that have occurred to you, it aims to optimize your technique based on your current fitness level thus ensuring a systematic progress. Although I admit it has certain flaws, and I have yet to find the perfect one, but hands down it gives you the most complete and comprehensive guidelines and strategies.

Who is Vince Delmonte? You’ve probably seen some of his videos on Youtube giving advice on how to transform that lanky frame into that ripped, muscular physique naturally. He was known as “Skinny Vinny” before he got into muscle building. But if you look at him now, he’s certainly come a long way. In his e-book, he shares his secrets on how he attained such success in his muscle building program.

It provides information on how to improve your cardiovascular fitness, correct nutritional imbalances and prime your body to build-up quality, lean muscle mass. Once you get your body properly conditioned, it will then move you up into a beginner/intermediate program to help you realize the maximal potential of your muscularity.

-
Great training manual for beginners
-

-
Ensures that you got down the basics first before moving to a more complex level in muscle building
CONS:
-
A little expensive compared to other ebook
-
Tends to get disorganized on some parts
-
Once you finished all three levels of training, you'd easily grow out of the program
VERDICT:
Vince's No Nonesense Muscle Building gives you a unique, yet basic perspective on how build muscle fast. All information are based on real and personal experience and it's great for beginners who are classified as "hard gainers". But like what I've said, after you finish the entire course, you'd have a tendency to grow out of it. I'd recommend that you read this first then go and try Jason Feruggia's Muscle Gaining Secrets after so that your muscle building course would not be put to a standstill.
Also another thing about the program, if you're more on the chubby side or have an altogether different body type, there are certain aspects of Vince's training manual that may not be applicable for you. So if you want something that is more customized approach to your needs then you're better off with my personal top choice which is Kyle Leon's Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer.

Jason Ferrugia is a highly sought-after strength and training specialist in the US. Being a “hard gainer” himself, he was able to crack the code on how to build muscles fast naturally and drug free. Man, this guy is absolutely ripped! -

-

CONS:
-
Too much information to absorb at one sitting
-
Too advanced for beginners since trainings tend to be highly specialized
VERDICT:
Jason's bodybuilding ebook gives you an in-depth and highly specialized instructions on how to effectively implement your muscle building program. Though I think beginners might have some trouble following his techniques. Hence, this is why I'd recommended this manual for those advanced/intermediate bodybuilders who want to do some quality fine-tuning. But if you're still a newbie, I think Vince Del Monte's No Nonsense Muscle Building is more suited to your level. How To

Sean Nalewanyj is a well-renowned fitness expert whose articles have been featured in numerous magazines and newsletters. CONS:
-
Sean spends too much time talking on what a scam most big companies are
-
Primarily focused on High Intensity Training (HIT) thus neglecting to include other types of workout routines that are just as effective.
-
Most of the important aspects of the program require a spotter to check if you're doing the exercises correctly.
VERDICT:
I believe that Sean's muscle building program gives you on-target strategies that can help you achieve your muscle building goals especially if you're a "hard gainer". But if you're looking for a fitness program that can give you a more specific and specialized approach towards muscle building then Jason Ferrugia's Muscle Gaining Secrets is what I think is more in tune with what you have in mind.
Build Muscle Fast Review

Number five in my list is Mike Westerdal and Elliott Hulses' Lean Muscle Reloaded. Now these two guys are well-known fitness experts and they give a very controversial approach to build lean muscle mass and lose fat at the same time. Cool right? It's like getting the best of both worlds. Anyway, let me break it down for you so that you'll find if it's the right one.
MAIN FEATURE:
Focuses on the development of a Type III hybrid muscle fiber. A type of muscle that is denser and thicker and combines all the great features and characteristics of the other three fibers.
PROS:
-
Provides an in-depth and comprehensive muscle building program
-
Uses a combination of proven and tested methods of training to get the best possible result
-
Helps you implement the "Hybrid Diet" that promotes quality muscle gains
-
No need for expensive equipment to perform "Lean Hybrid Muscle Exercises"
CONS:
-
Since it's focused on on achieving fat loss, developing superior muscle mass may not be as quite good as other programs.
-
If you're someone looking for a quick fix, taking time to read it will take time
FINAL VERDICT:
Choosing the right material really depends on what your goals are. If you're aiming to lose fat and gain muscle mass at the same time, then I'd suggest you purchase Lean Muscle Reloaded. But if you want to focus on quality muscle gains rather halving your concentration on a weight loss program, Muscle Gain Truth and Muscle Gaining Secrets will certainly do the trick. However, if you're a newbie to the gym scene, these would come out too overwhelming to absorb initially as they are highly specialized. So it's best to start off with No Nonsense Muscle Building to help you get a good grip with the basics before you can move on to a more complex type of training.
Yet if you don't have much time to read through everything and you're looking for something that is more complete and targets all stages and aspects based on the individual's current progress, then Kyle Leon's Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer is a definite must-have. Regardless if you're a beginner or a more seasoned bodybuilder, it can still give what you need as it bases its training on your present body type. Overall, it is well detailed and very easy to understand as compared to the other e-books. I even based some of my teachings here and it has produced a lot of good results.
