Just like you I am considered a hard gainer, and I wanted to find out how to build muscle fast. I love fitness, but for the life of me I couldn’t put on muscles, or rather I found it very difficult to put on muscles at all.

I have read numerous books, tried various programs and endless supplements. And I had no or very minimal results to show for it. I was a complete failure! (or believed I was)
Until… I came across these 3 ebooks. I will reveal this to you in a short while, but please bear with me for a moment as to how I came about these 3 e-books that totally changed my life, and how it has helped me BUILD MUSCLES FAST! (Legally)
The first one which is “Get Big in 12 Weeks”, was referred to me by a friend of mine. At the time it was not release to the public yet, and I was amongst the lucky few to get my hands on it. In being amongst the first few, I managed to keep close contact with the actual author of the e-book (he was letting us review it at the time, and was asking for feedback).
I can’t tell you how much this is helped me on my success.
The one thing that sets this e-book apart is that its actually written by a real “body builder”, that really walks the walk and not just talk the talk. In fact this was a big wake up call for me. Because I realize everything I was studying in the past were written by authors and not real fitness professionals.
I would like to share this realization with you, if you ever…EVER decide to read or study a fitness ebook…do your research and make sure the actual author walks the walk, and has actual results himself!
What did I learn in the “Get Big In 12 Weeks” program?
Well I had to abandon everything I knew about building muscles and start from scratch again. I was able to finally create my own program based on the guidelines and the help of the author. I followed it to the T, and literally within the first 2 weeks, I was already seeing results.
I WAS SHOCKED! I COULDN’T believe results would be so FAST!!!
The program goes into detail about understanding your OWN macro-nutrient profiles. Which is the secret sauce to untapping your muscle building potential FAST! After the first week, I quickly worked out what mine was. Then I was able to formulate my training and eating around it, and the RESULTS came naturally after that.
Not only was I putting on lean muscle, I was burning stubborn belly fat as well. After 12 weeks into the program, I have built a body that I could not have dreamed of. It was amazing, in fact so amazing that I was encourage to compete in an amateur body building competition.

(I came 2nd place).
The second e-book that has helped me through my journey was Vince Delmonte’s “No Nonesense Muscle Building” ebook. Although, not as comprehensive as the “Get Big In 12 Weeks” program, what I did take away from it were the motivational aspects (which I do believe is very important) and the training systems. This book helped me stay on track after I completed my 12 weeks.
Getting in Shape Is Easy. But staying lean year in year out is HARD WORK!
Overtime I’ve learnt that getting in shape is pretty easy, but staying on track year in and year out quiet is quiet tough. This is where I found Kyle Leone’s “Muscle Maximiser” system has helped me do. Inside his program he has this pretty cool program that you can use to calculate your BMI, your caloric intake and many other things. I love it… it has helped me immensely by making it easy for me to stick to my fitness and eating regime.
In conclusion, I wouldn’t expect you to go right now and grab all 3 e-books as I think that would be over-kill (You can if you have the cash though.. as I don’t believe any of them Is a waste of money). But if you are like me when you first started out, and can only afford one. I would definitely start off with the “Get Big in 12 Weeks” program by Arkin.
At the time of this writing, I think he still has a special promotion going on where he will give you 15 mins of skype consultation to get you started on the right track (I would definitely take this opportunity and grab it just from this bonus alone. I am not sure when he will take it off. But I would assume soon as its gaining popularity and theres only one of him).
